About the scholarship
Aalto University — Finland's leading university for technology, business, art and design, based in Espoo near Helsinki — offers the Aalto University Excellence Scholarship to top applicants liable for tuition fees. It is a tuition fee waiver of up to 100% (some awards are 50%), valid for the normal length of the degree — two years for a Master's, three for a Bachelor's. There is no separate scholarship application: you are considered automatically when you apply for admission.
Eligibility

- Applying to an English-taught Bachelor's or Master's programme at Aalto for the autumn 2027 intake.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree equivalent to 180 ECTS credits (three years of full-time study), or be completing it by 31 July 2027.

- Meet the programme's English language proficiency requirements (test scores such as IELTS/TOEFL or GMAT/GRE where the programme requires).
