Verified 31 Oct 2026 via Buddy4Study's official programme page, The Hindustan Gazette, CareerStar and EduAdvice — all agree on Rs 65,000/year, first-year MBBS at government colleges, Rs 5 lakh income limit and 30 Oct 2026 deadline. One YouTube video mentioned 30 Sept 2026, which appears outdated; the programme page confirms 30 Oct 2026 (corrected 31 Oct 2026 — deadline extended to 15 Nov 2026: the Buddy4Study article page, updated 30 Oct 2026, now presents the programme as the Winnie Sun Scholarship Program 2026-27, provided by Concentrix Daksh Services India Private Limited, with closing date 15 Nov 2026. Conflict flagged: the separate Winnie Sun programme page still shows Deadline: Closed with a 10 Sep–30 Oct 2026 portal — the article page (the corpus source) governs here, but that programme page should be re-checked).
