About the scholarship

The Pre-Matric SC Scholarship for Class 9 and 10, Tripura 2026 is a centrally sponsored scheme of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment that supports Scheduled Caste students of Tripura studying in Class 9 and 10. Selected students receive up to Rs 525 per month for 10 months along with other grants. Applications run on the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) and close 10 January 2027.

Eligibility

• Belong to the Scheduled Caste community.
• Domiciled in Tripura.
• Studying in Class 9 or 10 in a recognised school.
