Verified 31 Oct 2026 via Buddy4Study 2026-27 Manipur listing (30 Oct 2026; Rs 150/350 per month × 10; Rs 750/1,000 books grant; income ≤ Rs 2L) cross-checked with EdexLive on the Ministry of Tribal Affairs scheme (standard rates Rs 225/525 noted as differing — flagged in article) (corrected 31 Oct 2026 — the Manipur Directorate of Tribal Affairs & Hills notification of 31 July 2026 sets student applications to 31 Oct 2026 and states they will not be extended beyond that date; the corpus's 30 Oct date came from the Buddy4Study listing, whose programme page now shows Closed on its own 30 Oct listing — the state notification governs here, so the scheme is still open today, its last day).
